What Is Apex Solutions?
Apex Solutions USA customizes, integrates, and supports Sage Intacct — and all the other systems that you work with.
That includes field service, payroll, data platforms, reporting tools, and older financial systems. The point is the same either way: the stack should match how the business actually runs.
The work is hands-on. We learn the full path of information across finance and operations, then design integrations, reports, and workflows that help your people and business thrive.
Apex is a fit if:
- Sage Intacct, or another core system, is in place, but the reporting or integrations still feel unfinished.
- You want one experienced person accountable from design through support.
- Month-end takes longer than it should, and the close depends on too much manual work.

Hello, I’m Malissa. Welcome.
I’m the founder of Apex Solutions USA, and a Sage Intacct–certified consultant. The work I care about is the unglamorous kind: making the systems match the business, and staying with them after the project is “done.”
Sage Intacct is the core ERP. Around it, I also work in KloudGin, Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, Dynamics SL (Solomon), Dynamics 365, FeneVision, Inova Payroll, ServiceTitan, Ramp, Velixo, and Workforce Go!
